Placing Orders
When you place an order, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate information. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders for any reason, including suspected fraud or unauthorised transactions.
Order Confirmation
Once you place your order, we’ll send you a confirmation email to let you know we’ve received it. Please note: this doesn’t mean your order has been accepted just yet.
Your order is only confirmed once it’s been packed and dispatched. At that point, a contract is officially in place between you and us.
Pricing and Payment
All prices shown include VAT (where applicable), so there are no hidden costs. Payment is taken at checkout using any of our accepted payment methods.
5. Delivery
Delivery Policy
We partner with a global network of trusted fulfilment centres to print and ship your order as close to your location as possible. This helps reduce delivery times, emissions, and costs.
Production & Shipping
Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, it goes into production. Each item is made to order, and in some cases, products from the same order may be shipped separately due to differences in production facilities or delivery addresses.
We provide estimated delivery times at checkout. While we always aim to deliver your order within these timeframes, occasional delays may occur due to factors outside our control (e.g. weather, customs, courier issues). We’ll notify you if we’re aware of any major delays.
Delivery Methods
All orders are shipped via standard or tracked shipping, depending on availability and your selection at checkout. We may use different carriers or delivery methods if it helps us maintain a similar level of speed and quality.
If tracked delivery is selected, we’ll assume responsibility for the item until it reaches your address. If standard (non-tracked) delivery is used, risk and ownership of the item pass to you once it's handed to the delivery carrier.
Split Shipments
Some items may arrive in separate packages. This is normal and may be due to different production locations or item types.
Customs, Duties & International Orders
For international orders, local customs charges, taxes, or import duties may apply. These are the customer’s responsibility and may be payable upon receipt. Please check with your local customs office for more information.
Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly. We cannot guarantee delivery if an incorrect or incomplete address is provided. If there are multiple occupants at the delivery location, we’ll do our best to deliver accurately, but we cannot guarantee successful delivery in such cases. If you provided an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).
Unclaimed
Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself or your end customer (if and as applicable).
Lost Orders
If your tracked order appears lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We’ll investigate and may offer a free replacement at our discretion. If tracking shows the order was delivered, but you report it as not received, we may not be able to replace it without additional cost.
6. Returns and Refunds
Please note: All of our products are made to order, specifically for each customer. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges if you ordered the wrong size, colour, or simply changed your mind.
This policy is in line with UK consumer law, which states that the right to cancel does not apply to personalised or made-to-order items.
However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. We’ll be happy to investigate and, if appropriate, offer a replacement or refund in accordance with your statutory rights.
Products
All our products are made to order or personalised for each customer. Because of this, once an order is placed and fulfilled, it cannot be changed or cancelled. Please review your order carefully before confirming checkout.
Colour & Print Variation
Please note that colours on screen may appear slightly different from the final printed product due to differences in display settings and printing processes. These variations are not considered defects unless caused by a printing error.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or contains a defect not caused by the uploaded content, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. You’ll need to provide clear photographs or documentation showing the issue.

offer a refund, at our discretion.
Limitations
We are not responsible for dissatisfaction or defects caused by you as a user of uploaded content on personalised products. This includes issues like pixelation, poor resolution, typos, or design placement. You are solely responsible for reviewing your content before placing an order.
Sealed Goods
MVB Studio LIMITED does not accept returns of sealed goods, such as but not limited to face masks, which are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons. You hereby agree that any returned orders with face masks won’t be available for reshipping and will be disposed of.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this Website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of MVB Studio and protected under copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or use any content without our prior written consent.
8. User Conduct
You agree not to:

9. Limitation of Liability
