Ordering & Personalisation
How do I personalise my order?
On personalised products, click “Personalise design” and add your photos, names or text before adding the item to your basket. For funeral stationery and other bespoke printed items, you can send us your details and photographs after ordering and we’ll prepare your design.
Can I make changes after ordering?
If your order has not yet gone to print, email us as soon as possible at hello@mvbstudio.co.uk and we’ll do our best to amend it.
Delivery
How long does delivery take?
Delivery estimates vary by destination and product. Please see the delivery table above. Because products are made to order, production time may apply before dispatch. The final delivery estimate is shown at checkout.
Do you offer urgent delivery for funerals?
We understand funeral timings can be tight. Please contact us at hello@mvbstudio.co.uk before ordering if you have a specific required date, and we’ll let you know what may be possible.
What are your delivery costs?

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we offer international delivery to eligible destinations. Some destinations and products are restricted; see the shipping restrictions above. Final availability and costs are shown at checkout.
Digital Downloads
How do digital products work?
Digital items are supplied electronically and do not require physical delivery. Where a download is available, you’ll receive access electronically after purchase.
What do I need to edit a fillable PDF?
Fillable PDF templates can be completed using compatible PDF software such as Adobe Acrobat Reader on a computer or Preview on a Mac.
Funeral Stationery
How many orders of service should I order?
As a rough guide, consider one copy per expected attendee plus around 10–20% extra for keepsakes and spare copies.
Can I add more copies later?
Yes. Contact us and we can discuss a reprint. Ordering enough copies initially is usually more cost-effective.
Returns
What is your returns policy?
Our products are made to order and many are personalised, so we generally cannot accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind, incorrect size or colour ordered by the customer. If an item arrives damaged, defective or not as described, please contact us. Full details are available in our Refund Policy.
