Damaged or Faulty Items
If an item arrives damaged, just let us know within 48 hours of delivery. Photos of the damage are super helpful (unless it's silver jewelry, in which case you can skip the photos). If something is faulty or incomplete, please report it within 72 hours. For all international orders, we'll issue a refund instead of a replacement.
Incorrect or Unwanted Items
Got the wrong item? Let us know within 72 hours. If you've just changed your mind about an item, you have 14 days from delivery to arrange a return.
How to Send Your Item Back
1. Get in touch with us first!
Before you send anything back, please reach out to us with your order number. If you send an item without contacting us first, we might not be able to process your return. Once the return has been confirmed, we will provide you with a return authorisation and specific return address for your item.
2. Package it up carefully.
Make sure the item is in its original condition and packaging.
3. Ship it out.
If your item is worth more than £15, we highly recommend using a tracked shipping service. Please keep your proof of postage. We are not responsible for items that get lost on their way back to us.
